My confusion really continues.I just heard a big pharma head of innovation talk about how good they are at finding exciting assets . I understand the huge innovation advances and the thousands and thousands of micro and SME companies . What I don’t understand is the people factor that is how does the leadership and people just getting along factor have impact on the technology Really good technology can be destroyed by poor management and really poor technology can be made to shine by great management . How does this play out?
